These terms cover the IndoImage website as it works today: a set of local image tools that run in your browser. They also describe the services that are planned, and mark them as not yet available.
The service today
IndoImage provides local image tools: edit, convert, compress, crop, resize, and metadata removal. All of these run on your device. We do not receive the image you open, and there is no upload step. The tools are provided free of charge and without an account. Sharing, the Beacon app, and member accounts are planned but not built, so nothing on this site depends on them yet.
Your files and rights
You keep your rights in the images you use with IndoImage. Using the tools does not give us ownership of your files, and we do not ask for a licence to them. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to edit, convert, or send any file you bring here.
Acceptable use
Do not use IndoImage to break the law, to infringe copyright or privacy, to distribute malware, to threaten or harass anyone, or to attack the service. The tools are meant for ordinary photo work: fitting a form's file limit, changing a format, removing metadata before you send a picture on.
Planned services and changes (future)
When sharing launches, a share link will carry a temporary identifier and will also need a separate key. A share will stop working when the sender disconnects, when Beacon stops, when the sender revokes it, or when the network will not allow a usable connection. We do not promise that a share will always stay reachable. Paid features, if added, will show their prices before purchase. We may change or remove features and will give notice where the change matters.
Security and disclaimers
You are responsible for your own device and for any key or link you pass on; anyone who holds a valid key and can reach an active session may be able to receive the shared file. The service is provided as it is and as it is available, to the extent the law allows, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. No security system is perfect.
